The Even Realities G1 are lightweight, stylish augmented reality (AR) smart glasses with a subtle monochrome heads-up display (HUD), which function as a secondary screen for your smartphone. They look like regular glasses and can be used with a clip-on sunglasses accessory.
The G1 glasses connect to your phone via Bluetooth and use an app to provide several key functions through the heads-up display:
- QuickNote: Dictate notes that are converted to text and saved in the app.
- Translate: See real-time visual translations of spoken language in front of your eyes (does not have audio output).
- Navigate: Receive turn-by-turn walking or cycling directions on a mini-map in your field of view.
- Teleprompt: A script scrolls across the display, useful for presentations or speeches.
- Even AI: A built-in AI assistant you can ask questions using voice commands.
- Notifications: View phone notifications (texts, calls, etc.) as pop-up messages.
- Dashboard: A personalized panel showing time, date, temperature, and notes when you tilt your head up.
